The facility has around six well-maintained outdoor hard courts in good condition, with some noise disruption near certain courts from adjacent pickleball courts.

Court lights exist for evening play but are uneven and create dark spots, which some players dislike; the courts are next to a bike trail with no shade during the day.

Courts are primarily free and open to the public with drop-in availability, but heavy use from lessons, kids camps, and peak after-work hours often results in waits of one to two hours, making spontaneous play difficult.

Coaching and group lessons begin around mid-afternoon with several courts occupied for lessons and camps; this programming contributes to limited court availability.

The player community is mixed; some find it a positive, motivated environment, while others report confrontational behavior over court usage and rules not being enforced, such as the 1-hour limit.

Restrooms and water spouts are present and generally well-maintained, contributing to player comfort and convenience.
