Adult leagues include South Bay Marine League (women’s, 21+, Sept-June), South Bay Men's Tennis League (high-level doubles), Golden Boys Tennis League (men 50+ senior doubles), and seasonal USTA Leagues (men’s, women’s, mixed). Junior competitive teams participate in Team Tennis, USTA Satellite, and Lower Level Open Tournaments with skill level requirements. Coaching supports juniors from USTA teams through to professional ATP/WTA tour preparation and regional/nationally ranked players.

Multiple tailored programs: Green Dot/Orange Dot QuickStart for ages 5-10; FutureStars for USTA tournament preparation; High Performance for ages 13-18 focusing on fitness and mental toughness; Elite Program for aspiring Tour and Division 1 college players. Includes lessons, camps, training, and competitive development with experienced coaching.

Group lessons include graduated skill-level classes for juniors with scaled equipment and courts; full and half day tennis camps; adult world-class group training sessions alongside private lessons focused on skill improvement, fitness, rehabilitation, and conditioning.
