Indoor courts have good, upward-facing lights that minimize glare, allowing for evening play. The bubble structure amplifies noise from pickleball, which can be distracting and affect concentration during tennis matches.

Players can reserve courts up to a week in advance and must pay upfront. Booking can be problematic, with issues such as no-shows, double billing for overtime, lack of clear communication, and inconsistent staff enforcement, causing player frustration.

The center offers beginner and group tennis lessons with friendly, engaged instructors who create a welcoming community atmosphere. Hemel is a named instructor praised for good coaching in pickleball clinics. However, sessions are somewhat limited in number.

USTA league matches occur here but suffer from communication lapses between management and facility, leading to scheduling conflicts and prematurely ending matches, which frustrates players.

The tennis community is generally friendly, supportive, and fun, fostering a positive environment. Conversely, some front-desk and nighttime staff display poor attitude, including rude behavior and shouting at players.

The courts and facilities are tolerably clean and well-maintained. Bathrooms and water fountains are located in a separate building, which is inconvenient.

Court fees are relatively high, around $75 per hour, reflecting price increases to align with pickleball court rents. Parking costs extra and is unique compared to other NYC indoor tennis venues. A yearly membership offers benefits like free parking and advance booking, which adds value for frequent players.
