The club features about 10 indoor Har-Tru green clay courts which many players find dangerously dry, slippery, and poorly maintained with cracks, creating unsafe playing conditions. Footing and overall court quality have significantly declined, leading to injuries and player frustration.

Lighting for evening play is generally seen as good, and the indoor bubble setting offers a unique experience with views accessible by tram. However, ventilation and air quality inside the bubble are often criticized for being subpar, especially on some courts.

Players often experience frustrating glitches with the booking app, including inability to sign up for classes, wrongful cancellation or replacement spots, and lack of accountability when bookings are not honored. Drop-in and membership options exist but the system is regarded as unreliable.

Coaching quality is highly inconsistent; some pros like Gordie and Josie receive praise, and private lessons are worthwhile, but many instructors are described as disengaged or rude. Clinics are generic and do not consistently meet players’ skill levels, with frequent no-shows by coaches reported.

The junior summer camps and year-round junior programs have improved under the new director Magnus, with well-selected coaches who balance fun and skill development. However, some campers report overpricing and poor camp management including lack of supervision and sufficient coaches.

The atmosphere is widely described as unwelcoming and negative due to unfriendly, dismissive front desk and management staff including rude behavior from the general manager and assistants. Many players note a lack of community feeling and unprofessional staff attitudes.

The facility is generally clean with well-kept locker rooms and restrooms. Regular sweeping of clay courts is noted as a positive change. Nonetheless, maintenance issues persist with the courts themselves and HVAC system.

Prices are considered very high, especially given the poor court conditions and service quality. Memberships and court fees do not appear to provide good value. Pricing errors have caused overcharging without refunds.
