The Club at Monroe

The facility has ten well-maintained, climate-controlled pickleball courts with permanent fencing to reduce ball interference between courts. Multiple skilled coaches such as Igor, Glenn, Chuck, Claudio, Sue, Pam, Greg, Anthony, Mark, and Mike provide group clinics, private lessons, leagues, and drill sessions. Coaching is consistently praised for being knowledgeable, supportive, and engaging, helping players improve technical skills and game understanding.

The club hosts leagues, open plays, and tournaments including round robins for large groups. Events are well-organized and supported by the staff and owners. Friday night open plays and skill-level based activities are popular features.

The atmosphere is described as welcoming, family-oriented, and friendly, with a diverse membership spanning casual players and serious competitors. The staff, including the owners Erica and Mike, are approachable and involved, contributing to a warm community feel. However, some tension can arise from differing play styles and unsolicited advice during open play.

Booking of golf simulator stations is described as easy with available times, though a recent reservation system switch caused some initial adjustment. No significant booking issues were reported for pickleball courts or sessions.
